We are [also] in close dialogue with several companies on potential heat reuse projects. The $180 million project, located at 6300 Longhorn Drive in Irving, Dallas County, will see a 264,000 sq ft (24,525sqm) data centre constructed. The project, set to start in April 2024 and run until September 2025, will include office space, storage, critical power support spaces, and a screened equipment yard.

CyrusOne first announced plans for a data centre campus in Allen, at 2300 Chelsea Blvd, in 2017. The campus was originally set to span three buildings; the first facility will deliver 350,950 sq ft (32,600 sq m), and the following two will add another 619,100 sq ft (57,500 sqm) and 412,800 sq ft (38,300 sqm) respectively.
