Recruitment is hard work, that’s probably why you’re on our website looking for help. But it’s also what gets us out of bed.
We love the challenge. We love the data center industry. We love pushing our little grey cells to achieve the best results.
There’s very little point in chasing the quick bucks; ours is a small industry and word would spread fast. We’re in this for the long haul so relationships and earning trust is everything to us. We want you to come back, whether as a candidate or a client.
We could talk all day about what we do (seriously, call us and find out) but we always prefer to listen. So here are four things our clients have said about us recently.

HOW WE DO IT
Every search is bespoke to you as a client. But we use three main plans to get the job done. (We’ll help you work out which parts will work best for you).
REACH
Most appropriate for difficult mid-level positions, usually at manager and director-level where there’s a higher proportion of operational people and hence a bigger pool to recruit from. This plan ensures we reach the candidates with the right skills and experience for the position.
FOCUS
For more challenging and business critical hires. Whether it’s time sensitive, a difficult location, or a very senior important hire. In these instances we apply a more rigorous methodology. This plan focuses on optimising candidate attraction and ensuring we’re assessing on a number of pre-agreed functional and behavioural competencies.
DEEP DIVE
Our most robust process and reserved only for C-suite positions. It includes everything in the Focus plan but we also bring in business psychologists and executive career transition coach to go as deep as possible on assessment and onboarding.
