According to the filing, there will be no floorspace added to the 125,000 sq ft (11,613 sqm) facility located at 1510 E Lookout Drive.

The building, which will become CyrusOne’s DFW6 data center “phase 1” is described as a single-story building with a mezzanine in the front of house area which will be used for office space.
